Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract for the upcoming 2023 conference. This portal will enable you to return to your profile and add a new or edit an existing submission. Please note, the Call for Abstracts will close on April 11, 2023.

While we are accepting a wide range of topics for the conference, preference will be given to sessions that feature innovation, best practices, hands-on training and enhancement of clinical skills.

Before you get started, please keep this information in mind.

1. Have all learning objectives ready (3-7 objectives are required depending on submission type).
2. All Co-Presenters will be a part of the primary presenter's submission and they do not need to create their own profile.
3. Once the abstract is accepted, you will be required to provide additional information to confirm yourself as a speaker. This will include, but is not limited to; Bio, CV, Disclosure, Photo, Agreements etc.
4. If your submission is accepted, information submitted through this portal will be used to register you for the conference. You will not need to register for the conference if you are accepted as speaker.

If you submitted a presentation in previous years, you will need to create a new login for the 2023 conference.
