Welcome to the Breakout Speaker Application Portal for the 2023 MISHRM State Conference!

Thank you for your interest in submitting a presentation to be considered for the 2023 MISHRM State Conference, October 18th-20th, 2023 at the DeVos Center, Grand Rapids, MI. If you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must complete this electronic submission form and upload the required documentation by March 10th, 2023.  Programs that are likely to be approved for HRCI Business Credits preferred.

Please read the step by step directions below before beginning. 

​​​​​​​Submission Guidelines:

• Step 1: Click 'Login' in the upper left hand corner. 
• Step 2: Click 'New User' in blue text under the email button. If you applied in past years, you will still need to login as a new user. After initial setup, login with your email address and password you created.

• Step 3: Create profile. If selected to speak, this data will be used to populate your speaker profile and will be publicly shared on our website and app. Please fill out the form in full exactly how you want information displayed. Any required fields must be populated.

          Now that your profile has been created, please proceed to the next step. 

• Step 4: Click 'Submissions' on upper left blue tool bar to begin the process and submit your abstract. After submitting, you will receive an email titled 'Your submission has been created' from MISHRM Speaker Committee . Please check junk and spam folders and allow up to 30 minutes for the email to be received. You MUST submit in order to be considered. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

You will be able to edit your profile and submission up until the deadline of March 10th. You can work on your submission, save it and complete it later. The entire process  takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Please note that a maximum of three submissions are allowed per presenter.

*NOTE: Presentations must be educational. We recognize that our speakers may wish to showcase their services, but we kindly ask that your presentation not be a sales pitch. Networking time will be made available to speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees for this purpose. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
