Welcome to the 20th Annual BTOG Conference 2022 Abstract System

Closing Date Extended - Monday 6th December 2021, 12:00 Noon GMT

You are invited to submit your original, previously unpublished, research or audit carried out by your department or group as a poster abstract.

The abstract maximum is 300 words - any references also form part of the total word count. The abstract title is not included in the word count and in addition you can include one diagram or table. Please note the published abstracts will be in black and white print only.

BTOG’s position on encore abstracts is that an abstract/poster submitted/presented at another conference and then submitted to BTOG 2022 must contain additional information or data to the original and the previous submission/presentation must be declared on the submission. Although case reports can be submitted for consideration, these are generally only accepted if there is a significant learning point associated with the case or series of cases.

All submitted abstracts will be considered for an oral presentation. By submitting an abstract, we would ask that one of the authors commit to delivering an oral presentation in the Annual Conference if selected

Close 6th December 2021 12:00 noon GMT *please note there will not be any extension to this closing date due to the tight schedule for review and rating
Abstract notification 17th December 2021

BTOG 2022 e-posters on the BTOG 2022 virtual platform will include the abstract as submitted, PDF poster (provided by the submitter), option to include a pre-recorded soundbite explaining your work (provided by the submitter).
