Bio
André Zücker (40) is Managing Director of KGAL Investment Management GmbH, a 100% owned subsidiary of KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, since 01.03.2015. He is responsible for Real Estate at KGAL Group. He joined KGAL as Head of International Real Estate for UK and North America in 2008, and was leading KGAL’s efforts to introduce their first UK funds with a number of investments in London.
André Zücker started his career as an architect at ATP
AG – one of Europe’s leading integrated design and engineering offices in
Europe. He then worked for a development company as Head of Development in
Central Europe with a focus on retail properties including shopping centres.
With a deep knowledge of the property market and the needs of investors, he got
increasingly involved in the consulting of institutional investors regarding large
investments in Germany in Austria.
Zücker holds a Diploma in Architecture from Munich
University oAS and a MBA in International Real Estate Management from HBC
Hochschule Biberach, SBU London and Zürich Institute. He did further research
in the field of Real Estate Investments with postgraduate programmes at Harvard
University, Boston (US) and the European Retail Property School, Brussels.
André Zücker is Member
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chamber of Architects
(BYAK) and the Society of Real Estate Research.
