This has included managing all aspects of the student life cycle in faculty and central roles, process re-engineering and improvement, as well as five years with Oracle as a student system principal product manager. His continuing focus is on process improvement to deliver superior services to applicants, students and staff. Prior to taking on the role of Associate Director, he was a member of the Digital Student Data project.
