Title Government Affairs Manager Company TIA Bio Jay Ruais recently joined TIA from Capitol Hill, where he worked for a Member of Congress who sat on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.    Jay has seen the transportation industry from the ground up.  Having worked at a warehouse facility in Boston driving straight trucks, motorized pallet jacks and fork lifts, while loading and unloading freight, he appreciates the difficult nature of our industry.  This gives him a unique perspective as he advocates on our member's behalf.    Originally from Salem, NH, Jay is a Gettysburg College Graduate, and is currently attending American University where he expects to receive his Master's Degree in Public Administration by the end of 2013.
