Renowned Educationalist and Former Headteacher

Frank Lennon was awarded an OBE in 2002 for his extraordinary services to education, transforming St Modan’s High School Stirling at a time of crisis and earning accolades for his ‘inspirational’ leadership. Throughout 20 years as a headteacher, Frank Lennon has spoken at numerous conferences and published articles on Scottish education, a chapter in T Bryce and W Hume’s definitive book on education in Scotland 'Scottish Education' and made a TEDxTalk. Currently he is on the Equity and Attainment Board of a local authority, a member of the Court of Queen Margaret University, the Commission on School Reform, works for the Tapestry Partnership and has given evidence to Holyrood’s Education and Skills Committee.
