Bio
Elizabeth Kassab Sfeir is an experienced trainer and Human Resource specialist. Born and raised in Canada, Elizabeth then moved to Australia where she completed her higher education studies. She obtained her B.BA in Marketing from Griffith University in 1996. She completed her Masters in Management (HRM) from Central Queensland University in 2009. Elizabeth has worked in the service industries in Australian Universities (International Admissions, Academic Administration and advising). She has won awards for her quality service to customers. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Elizabeth has attended various workshops on Quality Service and is a member of her University Alumni. She currently teaches at the Antonine University and the Lebanese Military Academy. She holds a position as the Assistant Dean and Head of Management Department at Universté Antonine. Elizabeth recevied the first Instructor of the Year award distinguished by the Unviersité Antonine. She also gives workshops and seminars in Quality Service, Leadership, Productivity, Interpersonal Communication and the HR area. She is an expert in public speaking and non verbal communication. She has completed her Doctoral degree in the field of Human Resource Strategies and Development. She is engaged and active in research and innovation and works within multi-cultural organizations.
