Title Vice-President Company Lumen Asset Management Bio Michael Thom is Vice President at Lumen Asset Management, a Toronto-based investment manager, responsible for a number of functional areas of the firm. Michael was a founding team member of Lumen, having previously been a key team member at the portfolio company of a single family office that evolved into Lumen in late 2015. Prior to Lumen’s predecessor family office, Michael was head of trading and a senior member of the investment team at a Vancouver-based boutique investment manager. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia, and holds the CFA and CAIA charters.
