VP, IBM Support Transformation and Training
Robert (Bob) McDonald is Vice President, IBM Support Transformation and Training. In this role, Bob leads IBM enterprise wide initiatives focused on improving the IBM Client experience, most notably across IBM Technical Support and IBM Training. Bob's leadership role of transforming the IBM Support organization, includes the development and deployment of cognitive computing solutions across IBM Support using IBM’s industry leading Watson technologies. Bob is also the executive sponsor for the IBM Training and Skills program responsible for IBM’s worldwide education model for all IBM Business Units.
