Title Director, Responsible Business Leadership Company PwC Bio Eileen Buckley is a director on PwC’s National Responsible Business Leadership team. She spends her days driving client and employee engagement to create business value and social impact through corporate responsibility (CR). She leads the firm’s Access Your Potential commitment, a $320 million commitment to teach underserved students tech skills and financial literacy. Her experience includes setting CR strategy, designing and deploying signature commitments, helping clients achieve their CR goals, and developing thought leadership. She has expertise in education, including curriculum design and program innovation, impact investing, employee engagement and board development. Eileen serves on the Impact Council for A Better Chicago, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving educational opportunities for low income students, and is a board member of the Association of Corporate Contributions Professionals (ACCP). Prior to working in corporate responsibility, Eileen held roles in human capital project management, business development and recruiting. Eileen earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a M.Ed. in Organizational and Community Development from Vanderbilt University. She resides in Chicago with her family. |
