Ms. Finger is the Chief Operating Officer of DoSomething.org, one of the largest US non-profit organizations for teen activism. The organization has over 800,000 active teens and inspires more than two million teenagers to act for causes they are passionate about. Since joining the organization in 2007, she has helped increase the number of teens who participate in DoSomething.org‘s 30 annual campaigns to two million, a jump of more than 400 percent in the past four years. Ms. Finger’s work has focused on all aspects of teen activism. She is a strong believer in the power of adolescents to inspire, lead, support, and celebrate making positive changes in themselves and others. She also believes that teens are creative, active, and searching for avenues to harness their diverse abilities for the betterment of the world. Ms. Finger holds the distinction of being one of 10 people under 30 from the United States chosen to present at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
