Title Global Head Diversity & Inclusion Company Juniper Foundation Bio Stacey runs the Juniper Foundation and Community Engagement program at Juniper Networks and is responsible for ensuring Juniper’s philanthropic efforts engage and inspire Juniper colleagues while illustrating Juniper’s vision, culture and social responsibility in action. For more than a decade, the Juniper Networks Foundation Fund has awarded millions of dollars in grants to deserving organizations that are making a meaningful difference around the world. Stacey served as Juniper’s Sr. Director of Internal Communications for more than eight years, having built the function from the ground up bringing together a team of skilled professionals to create best-practice programs and processes to support the company’s rapid growth. For five years while managing Internal Communications, Stacey partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to direct Juniper’s philanthropic work including the Juniper Foundation, the matching gifts program and disaster relief efforts. She also led efforts to identify and establish Juniper’s first signature partnership with Not For Sale, a global leader in the fight against human trafficking. Stacey’s leadership has garnered many honors for Juniper’s philanthropic work, including most recently the Abolition Award from NFS in recognition of Juniper’s support of the global movement to end slavery, the 2012 “Impact” award from the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and an invitation to Juniper to join such iconic brands as Coca Cola, Microsoft, Manpower, Nestlé, as founding member of Global Business Coalition against Human Trafficking (GBCAHT) announced by President Obama in 2012. Prior to joining Juniper, she held roles at Cisco in executive communication and PR working with the CEO and the company’s leadership team, as well as at Intel in Broadcast PR supporting the CEO and other top executives. Also during her career, she has held executive communication roles supporting the CEOs at Cadence and Openwave. In her spare time, she’s a workout enthusiast and enjoys yoga, martial arts, swimming and spinning. |
