Title President Institution / Organization Université Notre-Dame d’Haiti – UNDH, Haiti Bio In November of 2008 he was elected President of the University Notre-Dame of Haiti (UNDH). Under his leadership, the university grew up to become a seven campus university, offering in seven different provinces a variety of teachings in different fields, to name a few: Medicine and Pharmacy, Nursing, Bio Science and Medical Biology, Education, Psychology and Humanities, Religious studies, Business and Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Law and Politics, Engineering and Architecture, Agriculture, etc. As the President of UNDH and a member of the distinguished Haitian Creole Academy, Msgr. Pierre is a well-known academic and social figure in the country. He has brought UNDH to a number of associations of Universities in the Caribbean and around the world, like the International Federation of Catholic Universities (IFCU), the Francophone Association of Universities (AUF), the Federation of Haitian and Caribbean Universities (CORPUCA and CORPUHA), etc. and developed partnerships with a great number of institutions of higher education, in the five continents.
