Bio
Natalie Cruz is a full time instructor and advisor at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Natalie has over 5 years of experience in areas including including teaching, advising international students, service learning and study abroad, international student leadership, and other areas of student affairs and international higher education.
Natalie received her Master of Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University. Natalie studied abroad in Scotland, volunteered abroad in Ecuador, and worked at an educational travel company prior to beginning her career in International Higher Education. Natalie is interested in and is currently researching about the holistic success and experiences of international students. Natalie is also the national co-chair for the International Education Knowledge Community for the professional association NASPA: Student Affairs Professionals in Higher Education.
