Since joining the Agile·1 team in 2012, Oz Kemal has played an important role in the company’s growth in the UK & Ireland. Joining as Account Director for the CH2M Hill contingent labour programme, Oz was instrumental in managing projects across EMEA. His success led to him to lead all the company’s client relationships as Client Services Director, before taking his current position as Agile·1’s Managing Director for UK and Ireland. In his current role, Oz oversees all the company’s operations in the region including business development and programme management.  Oz majored in marketing with European business law at the University of Hertfordshire. His professional certifications included CIMA, CIPS (Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) and he is a Six Sigma specialist.
