As a Director in PwC’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice, CJ has the privilege of leading global projects that help her clients operate and compete in an increasingly digital first world. A creative problem solver and strategic thinker, CJ has over 12 years’ experience leading large-scale technology transformation projects and designing future state global role, process, operating model and organizations. She also has experience with customer journey mapping, and global change management and training efforts. An active thought leader with deep experience in both technology and media, CJ also regularly contributes to the PwC Entertainment & Media Outlook. CJ holds an MBA from the University of Washington and currently lives in Bellevue, Washington a few minutes outside of Seattle. When CJ is not working or training for her next half marathon, she can be found spending time with her husband and large extended family.
