Infrastructure Engineer

Angela Zhang is a software engineer at Quora. She leads the infrastructure efforts to improve the performance of the web and mobile apps. Her work as a performance engineer consists of building tools to help engineers investigate and fix speed regressions, as well as leading efforts to reduce the user-perceived loading time of Quora. Outside of performance, she also works on improving Quora's offline data analysis pipelines. Before joining the infrastructure team, Angela was a full stack engineer working on building and scaling user facing product features. She graduated from MIT in 3 years with a CS degree in 2014.
