Title SVP, Head of Service and Support Company SAP North America Bio As the regional head of the Global Service and Support (GSS) organization for SAP in North America, Marianne Heer is responsible for the successful delivery of customer engagements throughout the United States and Canada, across 25 industries, and for all SAP solutions. Her GSS team comprises engineering, operations, and industry experts, who, under Marianne’s leadership, tightly align to deliver and drive end-to-end customer business outcomes that unlock the full value of SAP solutions. Since joining SAP in 1995 as an applications consultant, Marianne has held various positions in consulting management, and operations. In her most recent post as global head of Services Delivery, she led an organization of consultants in Solutions, Industry, and Technology, driving innovation, transformation and customer project success. Prior to that position, Marianne helmed North America Services Delivery, and was responsible for the management of consultants from across four separate business units, as well as the successful delivery of customer projects in all solutions and industries. Marianne began her career as an engineer for Westinghouse Electric, and ABB Ltd. She received her bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a master of science degree in management information systems from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. |
