Ray Chitty is the Tri-Borough Insurance Manager, responsible for arranging insurances and the self handling of insurance claims for the three London Boroughs of Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington and Chelsea via an fully integrated in-house service hosted by RB Kensington and Chelsea. The service is a registered compensator on the MOJ portal dealing with around 130 portal claims a year. The service receives approx 1100 claims a year with the City of Westminster receiving approx 500 Highways claims a year with a repudiation rate over 90%.

Ray has worked in Local Government Insurance for 15 years, previously at LB Sutton and LB Camden and  3 years with a RSL. Prior to that Ray spent has a further 10 years commercial insurance experience mostly insurance broking but initially as an underwriter and has worked on insurances for organisations such as Railtrack, Pepsi-Cola and Walkers Crisps.
