Bill Chandler is a global communications leader in a career equally divided between the public and private sectors. Known for understanding consumers in rapidly-changing environments, Chandler is an expert in business transformations, reputation management, executive communications, and government relations. Most recently, Chandler served for nine years as the top communicator for the $16 billion apparel retailer Gap Inc., developing awarding-winning campaigns in digital marketing and employee engagement, and launching its Gap brand in China. He previously served in senior communications roles within technology communications for consumer-oriented companies, and served as the top communicator for U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein and former Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley. Chandler graduated from the University of Southern California, where he received the Distinguished Award in Public Relations from the Journalism School.
