Regis Group UK Managing Director, Paul McFadyen, oversees the core operations of the Regis Group in the UK. He runs businesses with a diverse range of activities including the buying, selling, letting and asset management of properties held by the Regis Group of companies. He has overall responsibility for the extensive UK freehold ground rent portfolio and one of the largest private rent tenanted assets in the UK.
Since assuming the role of Managing Director Mr McFadyen has rebranded the property management and private rented sector platforms for Pier Management and Lifespace, restructured the acquisition, asset management, credit control and finance teams and overseen the growth of the freehold portfolio by over 20% in the last 18 months. He leads a team of sixty staff from the company Head Office in Southend and promotes a culture of professionalism and high levels of customer service across all aspects of the organisation.
