Our research examines gender's role in students collaboration in computer science (CS) and the potential impact of collaboration on womens success in the field. Despite the known positive academic impact of collaboration, our data suggests that women struggle to find peers to work with. Our goal is to use these findings to help increase gender equality through collaboration in CS departments.
