My research involves the redesign of the web-based software for predicting lung cancer treatment outcomes. Patient information is collected to calculate the survival rate that is presented as survival curves. XML will be used to create data form and avoid numbers of csv files needed. The new user interfaces with a responsive design approach allows the displays of survival curves on mobile devices.
