A major problem of community-based healthcare service forums is that when general users post their health concerns they usually use narrative language but answer provided by the well-trained experts contain acronyms with multiple possible meaning and non-standardized term. So we want to reduce this gap by automatically assigning ICD-9 codes on the users' post and health professionals' answer.
