The Multiple Listing Service is the most important database where real estate agents list real estate properties for sale/rental. It is common that agents include textual comments that is helpful in valuation of the property. In this paper we exploit textual descriptions for property ranking by identifying domain-specific concepts and combines their contributions to assign a score to a listing.
