| Cancellation Policy: BMT Tandem Meetings 2017’s housing bureau, ConferenceDirect will charge a $50.00 cancellation-processing fee for cancellations made on or before December 30, 2016. If reservations are canceled on or after December 31, 2016, cancellations will be charged a $120.00 cancellation-processing fee. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as "ConferenceDirect LLC".
In addition to the $120.00 cancellation-processing fee, cancellations and no-shows will also be subject to the individual hotel policy stating that cancellations with-in 72 hours prior to arrival and no shows will be charged one night's room and tax. NOTE: Hotel cancellations will be changed at the time your reservation is canceled. All no-show and hotel cancellation fees will be processed within (30) days after the conference. |
