If any prize or part thereof is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the regulatory body in the winner’s state of residence, if required. All prize values are correct at the time of printing. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.
All prizes will be delivered to an Australian address of the winner’s choosing.
Who can enter? Contest is open to Australian residents who register to participate in the 2011 Healthy Heart Challenge and complete the 2011 Healthy Heart Challenge week 3 Advocacy Survey before the close of entries.
Entrants under 18 years of age must seek the consent of their parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must read and accept these Details of Participation prior to entry and they acknowledge that they may be required to provide confirmation of their consent to the Promoter.
Employees and volunteers (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, sponsors and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and email address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Details of Participation, who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, deems to be offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the competition. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform the Promoter if their personal details change prior to the Winner Notification Date.
How to enter: Contest can be entered by registering for the 2011 Healthy Heart Challenge at http://healthyheartchallenge.goredforwomen.org.au and completing the week 3 advocacy survey before the close of entries.
All persons who register and complete the week 3 survey before the close of entries will be entered automatically. Only one entry per person is permitted.
All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their entry to the Promoter. The Promoter is entitled to use any entry for any purposes at its discretion, including using the entry for future promotional and publicity purposes.
Prize Draw The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. All prizes are guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this contest.
The prize draw will take place at the National Heart Foundation of Australia (N.S.W. Division), Level 3/80 William Street, Sydney NSW 2011 on 1st July at 3:00pm AEST. First prize will be drawn first, followed by the 9 runner-up prizes.
Neither the Promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Notification Winners will be notified by phone and email where possible.
The winners' names will be published on the Healthy Heart Challenge website at http://healthyheartchallenge.goredforwomen.org.au on 6th July 2011.
Any prize winner who cannot be identified or who has not claimed their prize within 3 months of the draw date will forfeit their right to the prize and a redraw will be conducted on 6th October 2011. Redraw winners’ names (if any) will be published on the Healthy Heart Challenge website on 10 October 2011.
