Travel and Accommodation Reimbursement

Who is eligible?

·            All regular members of EHDN

·            Associate members who are active in working groups

·            Two representatives from each Huntington’s disease association based in a European/affiliated country

What is covered?

·            Members travelling within Europe: reimbursement of travel expenses up to 400 EUR

·            Members travelling from non-European countries: reimbursement of travel expenses up to 600 EUR

Please note that reimbursement only covers accommodation (not 5*) and non-refundable, economy transportation (e.g., airfare, train, km via car).

Reimbursement is available only to EHDN members attending the congress. Partners/families/children are NOT reimbursed. Registration and meals are not covered.

Please note that applications for regular or associate membership received after 25 June 2026 will not confer eligibility for congress travel or accommodation reimbursement.

How do I apply for reimbursement?

Please download and complete the reimbursement form here.

Reimbursement forms should be submitted no later than 31 December 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
