Terms and ConditionsFor cancellations on or before 24 October 2026, a full refund will be issued minus a €150 administration fee.
For cancellations after 24 October 2026, no refund will be provided. Any approved refunds will be in euros and issued only after the event concludes. If you are unable to attend, your paid registration may be transferred to another participant at no extra cost, subject to written notification to the organisers before the conference. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to events@aci-europe.org. Airports Council International (ACI) reserves the right to cancel or modify the date and venue of the conference at any time.
