For cancellations on or before 1 April 2026, a full refund will be provided minus the administration fee of €150.00 (including taxes).

 

For cancellations after 1 April 2026, no refund will be provided.

 

Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in Euro Currency. In the case of non-attendance, the paid registrations may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to the organisers before the conference.
