Exhibitor Tablers
As required by the University of California, all supporters wishing to exhibit at a table during the Summit must agree to the applicable terms and conditions and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). The COI must meet the following requirements:
General Liability Insurance Coverage
Minimum coverage limits: $2 million aggregate and $1 million per occurrence
The certificate must include “The Regents of the University of California” or “UC Regents” as additional insureds, either in the description of operations or in the certificate holder section.
Once you submit your support form and payment, and indicate your interest in tabling at the Summit, we will contact the company representative to discuss next steps, review requirements, and provide examples of an acceptable Certificate of Insurance (COI).
