Inside the KP Model: Value-based care in practice will begin on Sunday evening, October 4, 2026, in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, with a welcome dinner, followed by three full days covering Kaiser Permanente’s integrated, value-based care model highlighting our evidenced-based, equitable, convenient, and simplified care approach. More details can be found on the program website.

Following your registration, you will receive additional details, including air travel and hotel suggestions.

Cancellation

If you cancel your registration in writing 60 days or more before the program start date…	KP International will refund your full program fee minus a $300 administrative fee.
If you cancel your registration in writing 15 to 29 days before the program start date…	KP International will refund 50% of your program fee.
If you cancel your registration in writing with 14 days’ notice or less…	No refund will be issued.

Transfer/Postponement

With written notice up to 21 days prior to the program start date:

You may transfer your registration to a colleague at the same organization. Your request for transfer is subject to an additional fee of $300.

You may postpone your registration to another KP International program, if available, within the same calendar year. Your request for postponement is subject to an additional fee of $300. If the new program has a higher fee due to program length, you will be charged for the difference in price.

No transfer is possible your provide notice within 21 days of the program.
