WEFTEC Exhibitor Insurance (Mandatory)

As an exhibitor at WEFTEC, you are required to carry specific insurance coverage during the event which may be different from the insurance coverage required by other venues or events your company has participated in.  To avoid corrections and additional submissions, we highly suggest you review the included sample Certificate of Insurance (COI) or provide it to your insurance provider BEFORE you complete this form and upload your COI.  If the COI you submit is incorrect, you may be asked to make corrections and submit an updated COI.

Each COI is individually reviewed for compliance.  After review, our team may reach out to you to request corrections, if necessary.

The following areas of the COI you submit must match the provided sample:

• Commercial General Liability coverage

• Workers Compensation and Employers Liability

• Automobile Liability (if bringing a vehicle)

• Umbrella Liability coverage (if Commercial Liability coverage is under required minimum)

• Certificate Holder

• Coverage Dates

• Additional Insureds language must match

If you need additional insurance coverage and/or do not have a preferred insurance vendor, WEFTEC has made arrangements with TotalEvent to make an inexpensive policy with the coverages required to meet the insurance obligations of your space contract. If you choose to purchase your policy with TotalEvent you are still required to submit a copy of the COI via this portal.

Please buy your insurance using the same name you gave WEFTEC on your exhibit space contract. Please note, this insurance option is included solely as a convenience and is not an endorsement for TotalEvent.

TotalEvent policies do not include the required Workers Compensation coverage. You should submit proof of Workers Compensation coverage when you upload the Confirmation of Coverage from TotalEvent.
