Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be granted to cancellations made prior to Thursday, August 13, 2026. Cancellation notice must be sent in writing to Robin Smith– no cancellations will be accepted by phone. No refunds will be granted on cancellations made after Thursday, August 13, 2026.
Refunds will not be granted for No Shows (Registrants who do not attend the event with no prior notice of cancellation).
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute your registration to another attendee for this event. This must be done by email to Robin Smith no later than September 28, 2026. Registrations cannot be transferred to future events.
