WAVES Conference 2026

For 2026 annual membership begins on the day member dues are paid and ends February 1st 2027.

Benefits of Membership:

Member (Education and Training Institution) ETIs shall receive discounted conference registration for all SCOs employed by the institution.
SCOs employed by member ETIs shall be eligible to submit education award nominations on behalf of students or trainees enrolled at the member ETI.
Each member ETI shall be entitled to one (1) vote on all association motions and Board officer nominations.
SCOs employed by member ETIs shall be eligible to seek election to WAVES Board positions.
Member ETIs shall be listed in the WAVES Member Directory published on the association website.
