Dates & Location
The ACCIS Fall Conference will be held October 20–24, 2025, at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA. The conference begins at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20 and concludes at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 24.

Who Should Attend
Open to anyone working in IT within Washington State government, including state agencies, cities, counties, and special districts. Sessions will focus on technology solutions, best practices, and networking opportunities to address shared challenges across all levels of government.

Registration Rates

• $450 per person – register by September 19
• $550 per person – after September 19

Attendance Options

• In-Person: Full conference experience at Skamania Lodge, including all sessions, meals, and networking opportunities
• Virtual: Live-stream access to all sessions except a few select in-person–only sessions

Meals Included
Registration includes breakfast daily, most lunches, snacks and refreshments, a welcome reception, and select dinners.

• $169 per night + $30 resort fee (per night) + applicable taxes
• Space is limited, and there are no nearby lodging options, so please book early.
