Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
Registrants may send a substitute of their choosing without penalty until Monday, November 17, 2025. No substitutions or transfers are permitted on or after Monday, November 17, 2025. To make a substitution, contact CivicLab@executivevents.com.

Registered attendees may cancel their registration. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, is available if the registration is canceled before Friday, October 31, 2025. A 50% refund, less a $75 processing fee, is available if the registration is canceled before Monday, November 10, 2025. No refund is provided for any canceled registration on or after Monday, November 17, 2025. To cancel a registration, contact CivicLab@executivevents.com.
