The OAGITM Fall Conference is almost here! We’ll gather September 22–25, 2025 at the Graduate Hotel in Eugene, OR. As we prepare, here’s what you can expect in the final week before the event:
Attendees
Whova App Launch – On Tuesday, Sept. 16, you’ll receive an invitation to join Whova, our conference app. Whova is your hub for the agenda, session updates, networking, and notifications.
Agenda Access – The final agenda goes live Sept. 17. You’ll be able to view session times, speakers, and networking opportunities in the app.
Networking – Once Whova is live, you can start connecting with peers and speakers. Please use the app for networking rather than email, which helps keep communication streamlined.
Vendors
Registration Status – All vendor opportunities are now sold out. We are no longer accepting vendor registrations.
Staffing Lists – Final staffing lists are due Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 10 AM. Lists must include name, title, employer, and dietary needs. One additional staff pass may be purchased for $450. Send lists to events@oagitm.org.
Shipping & Power – Shipping details were included in vendor confirmation emails. Power must be ordered in advance through OAGITM (not the hotel) by emailing events@oagitm.org.
Pre-Attendee List – Available Sept. 16 once Whova launches. This list is for awareness only — please connect with attendees through Whova.
Teardown: Wed, Sept. 24 at 10:30 AM (tables cleared by 12 PM)
Evening Networking Events
Both attendees and vendors are encouraged to join these signature evening activities:
Mon, Sept. 22 – Networking reception at the hotel’s Top Golf simulators with food and drinks
Tue, Sept. 23 – Trivia Night, a casual and fun way to connect with colleagues and vendors

At this time, the only registrations being accepted are for OAGITM members who wish to attend in person or virtually. Vendor registration is fully closed.
