• Fee: $375 for the entire conference.
• Inclusions:
  • Breakfast & Lunch on Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Thursday
  • Breakfast on Friday
  • Snacks and refreshments throughout the conference.

Lodging Information

Special Room Rate Details

• Rate: Enjoy a special rate of $155 per night, exclusively for WSACC conference attendees.
• Inclusions: This rate includes all room charges. Taxes and other fees are additional as per hotel policy.

Booking Deadline and Instructions

• Final Date for Booking: Please ensure your room is booked by Monday, June 2. Reservations made after this date may not benefit from the special rate.

Hotel Policies

• Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the arrival date.
• Cancellation Policy: Reservations that fail to show or cancel within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged for the first night's room and tax.
