Cancellation Policy
Payment in full for the summit must be received by credit card or UC Campus Recharge/IOC before attending this event. Requests for name substitutions may be made until 5/1/2025. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received before 4/15/2025. Registrants who cancel between 4/15/2025 and 4/30/2025 will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend or who cancel after 4/30/2025 are liable for the entire registration fee, including cancellations for medical, business, or family reasons. Please note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
