Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be granted to cancellations made prior to Friday, October 10, 2025. Cancellation notice must be sent in writing to Alex Savoie– no cancellations will be accepted by phone. No refunds will be granted on cancellations made after Friday, October 10, 2025.
Refunds will not be granted for No Shows (Registrants who do not attend the event with no prior notice of cancellation).
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute your registration to another attendee for this event. This must be done by email to Alex Savoie no later than Friday, November 28, 2025. Registrations cannot be transferred to future events.
