If you'd like to be seated with another guest who is also attending the gala, please provide their name. To ensure that this is noted please ask the requested guest to also include your name in their seating request. Please remember we will do our best to seat you together, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be granted to cancellations made prior to Friday, October 10, 2025. Cancellation notice must be sent in writing to Susan Eckert– no cancellations will be accepted by phone. No refunds will be granted on cancellations made after Friday, October 10, 2025.
Refunds will not be granted for No Shows (Registrants who do not attend the event with no prior notice of cancellation).
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute your registration to another attendee for this event. This must be done by email to Susan Eckert no later than Friday, November 28, 2025. Registrations cannot be transferred to future events.
