Each individual planning to attend any portion of the MATHCOUNTS National Competition must complete a registration form and pay the registration fee in order to receive a name badge. A name badge is required for admittance to the competition. If more than one family member is attending, please complete one form for each individual. The registration fee for Chapter and State Coordinators is waived.
