Booking page for shuttle between Billund and Herning in connection with arrival and departure for
The World Bridge Championship.

Shuttle bookings must be made in groups for each nation.

We recommend booking your shuttle only after securing your flight tickets, as you will need to enter your arrival and departure times at Billund Airport.

We will group arrivals and departures to fill busses.
The maximum waiting time in the airport at arrival will be 1 hour.
Your departure time from Herning will be between 3-4 hours before your flight.

All prices are in DKK and incl. VAT.

Payment must be made immediately with a Credit Card and bookings cannot be refunded.
If your flight information changes, we can change your arrival and/or departure time, at no cost, until friday July 18.
After this date, you will have to make a new shuttle booking.
