This form, along with a PDF file of your booth diagram, is required for all island booths. The booth diagram MUST include the below information, or your submission could be denied or delayed in being approved.
Below Items must be included when submitting your booth design for approval.
If you have a hanging sign, you must also submit the Hanging Sign Layout form to the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), as they are the exclusive provider for rigging. Please use THIS LINK to access the OCCC's online ordering system.
All booth diagrams should be submitted no later than Monday, February 3, 2025.
