ASU Campus Experience Guidelines and Important Details

Chaperones/Conduct:  Chaperones are expected to monitor the behavior of the students. As guests of the campus, please ensure that your students demonstrate respect for the university, faculty, staff, and ASU students. Please ensure a minimum chaperone-to-student ratio of 1:10

Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel your visit, please provide 72-hour notice. Due to the popularity of the program, availability for rescheduling your visit may vary.

Presentations/Itinerary: Access ASU Campus Experience provides 2 hours of college readiness programming for Arizona students to ensure they are prepared and excited to pursue higher education. Presentations may include the following:

• Campus Tour: Students will be guided by a student ambassador through campus to see both historic and new areas of the campus.
• SPARKS Panel: Meet with current ASU students in an open forum discussion explaining how to be a successful Sun Devil. 
• College Readiness Presentation: This presentation focuses on university admission requirements and how to academically prepare for college, tailored by grade level.
