Registration Fees
Registration for in-person attendance is now closed.
Virtual: The virtual event registration fee is $50. Virtual attendees will have the opportunity to watch all sessions live and submit questions to presenters. Attendees will also gain access to the event platform to connect with other attendees, participate in networking activities, and watch content on-demand.
If you're registering multiple individuals, you can conveniently purchase up to five tickets in one transaction.
We accept the following methods of payment.
Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you can no longer attend the conference, in-person registrants must contact the NSF no later than Monday, May 13, 2024, to receive a full refund. Virtual registrants must cancel by Monday, May 20, 2024, to receive a full refund. No refunds will be granted for requests made after this date. Email all registration cancellations and refund requests to Grants_Conference@nsf.gov.
NSF regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague within their institution/organization at any time without penalty. Transfer requests should be directed to Grants_Conference@nsf.gov.
