2024 Culture Connect Conference

This year, as in the past, the Berkeley Center for Workplace Culture and Innovation will convene industry leaders and accomplished academics in a joint exploration of the latest challenges and potential approaches to creating an inclusive, innovative, and high-performing organizational culture. Our theme this year is “Building Strong Organizations in the New Era of Work,” with a special focus on generative AI’s impact on the workplace; different hybrid workplace models; and thoughtful diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategies.

As the future of work continues to evolve—including fundamental questions on how, when, and where we work—it has become increasingly important for organizations to have meaningful conversations around workplace culture, and we look forward to having these conversations with you at this year’s conference.

Our corporate conference will take place at the Berkeley Haas School of Business on January 10th, 2024 from 8am-5pm.
