Exhibitor Hotel Sub-Block Request

Welcome valued ABS exhibitors! America's Beauty Show has negotiated discounted hotel room rates at a variety of Chicago properties and are offering you the opportunity to arrange a hotel sub-block. 

ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for ABS Exhibitors and will be assisting you throughout the hotel sub-block process.

Hotel Sub-Block Process:

• Determine which hotel listed on the next tab fits your company's preferences.
• The housing bureau will confirm the approved hotel for the block and will send further booking instructions within seven (7) business days of your submission.
• The room request deadline is March 20, 2024. Any requests received after this date are not guaranteed. Inventory will be based on availability at the time of booking.

Please Note:

• Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of ten (10) rooms.
• Deadline to assign rooms with names is March 22, 2024. After this date, any rooms not assigned to a valid name will be released from your sub-block.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

• For all Hotels: All sub-blocks require a valid credit card to guarantee each reservation at the time of booking. Cancellations received less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, including but not limited to no shows, will be charged the first night's room and tax.
