VOTING AND JUDGING PROCESS

• Readers will be encouraged to view the awards submissions and vote via regular newsletters, social media posts and
promotions in the magazine (Readership: 25,000+ international)
• All readers are invited to vote for their favourite
• All entries will be seen by our expert judging panel

JUDGING CRITERIA

Our expert panel of judges will assess your product and service on the following (as appropriate): First impressions, Quality, Innovation, Durability, Life Span, Weight, Usefulness, Design functionality, Taste, Content, and How the product adds to the customer experience.

As part of your submission you may include a short, simple video pitch and/or existing promotional video content (no longer than 5 minutes).

FINALISTS

• Finalists will be announced in Onboard Hospitality magazine (May/June 2024)

WINNERS

• Winners will be announced in May 2024 both online and at the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) and The Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) in Hamburg.
• Winners will be covered in Onboard Hospitality magazine (September/November 2024)
• Winners will be highlighted within the special awards section at onboardhospitality.com
• Winners will receive a 2024 Winners’ logo to promote their success
• Winners will receive regular promotion in Onboard Hospitality magazine alongside related content over the following year
• Winners will be included in the The 2024 Winners Special Edition
